This is a customized 1:1 online session with me to teach you all the basics of agile and how you can leverage agile processes as an individual. I will also review the platforms that you can use. This includes a follow-up session to answer any questions
team agile training - Putting Theories into practice

This is a customized session for a small team (up to 6) to review agile processes, artifacts, options, and how to put these into practice for short and long-term measurable results. The session will be customized for your businesss vertical and products/services. I will also review the platforms that you can use. I can include two “office hour” sessions for followup questions.
LEADERSHIP AGILE SESSIONS

This training session is dedicated to senior management who have completely different needs when understanding agile, as compared to working teams. These sessions are dedicated to how leadership can understand, encourage, and align their enterprise goals with the outputs of agile. I present case studies, and organization change management options, and can formulate adoption timelines. This includes multiple follow-up sessions
scaling AGILE TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS with Follow-Ups

This is a customized set of sessions to help cross-functional teams scale up agile to manage in a more modern PMO style process, with leadership informed, but tactical teams still guiding the everyday tasks. We will evaluate your current working processes and team structures, as well as their interactions and come up with a strategy that improves outcomes without endless meetings
